Scenic Painting

This is my work from my scenic painting class. Our first assignment was looking at different textures, creating wood, brick, stone, marble, and fabric. Our second assignment was a landscape, working on prospective, foreground, midground, and background. Our third assignment was a masterwork recreation so I recreated The Scream by Edvard Munch. Our final assignment was drawing an architectural column, then, was chose an angle to “light” the column and work with the highlights and shadows that creates.
